My name is Grete Rappe Anai.  I am Norwegian born but live in Japan.  

My passions are many.  Passions need outlets and that is why I made my very own website.  

My passions have become tools to guide and empower me to move forward in everyday life.    

One of these tools is the essential oils from doTerra. They have changed my attitude, improved my physical health, my nights, my days, my stress levels, may relationships, my whole life. I have a deep respect for these precious drops.  What Mother Nature can do for us through them is too big not to share with everyone.  

However, I do not sell the oils.

I only marvel about them.  And I share tips on how to use them and experiences I have had with them.

Other passions and tools are crystals and stones, Tarot and Runes. 

From time to time I need creative outlets for all the inspiration and I make crystal or silver jewelry, silk shawls and scarves and other things which I list for sale.

I have discovered that we can choose how we want to feel and what we want to spend our thoughts on.  I believe that through conscious choice of thoughts, feelings, actions and words we crate both our present moments and our future.

The Tarot and the Runes are great tools for opening up our intuition and let us see what we might be missing, in a given situation, in order to make the best of it.

Whether it is as a crystal advisor, essential oil enthusiast, tarot reader, jewelry maker or friend, my goal is to empower as many as I can to live a life in harmony with themselves.

It all starts with ourselves.  Like they say on the airplanes, "put on your own oxygen mask first before you help the person next to you".
